We collect the minimum. Full stop.

1. What we collect

We collect only what's necessary to operate our games:

• Game progress — level completion, scores, streaks. Stored locally and optionally synced to our servers if you enable cloud save.
• Device identifiers — an anonymous ID used to identify your device without requiring an account.
• Crash reports — stack traces and device info when the app crashes, to help us fix bugs.
• Aggregate analytics — anonymous data on which levels are completed and how long sessions last. No individual tracking.

We do not collect your name, email (unless you contact us), location, or any data unrelated to the game.

2. How we use it

• Saving and syncing your game progress across sessions and devices
• Operating leaderboards and multiplayer matchmaking (Luma)
• Fixing crashes and improving game performance
• Understanding which features players use

3. What we don't do

• We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.
• We do not share your data with ad networks.
• We do not build profiles for targeted advertising.
• We do not use your data to manipulate your behavior in the game.

4. Third parties

We use a small number of third-party services to operate our games. Each has been vetted for privacy practices:

• Apple / Google — for app distribution and optional in-app purchases. Their privacy policies apply to their services.
• Crash reporting — anonymous crash data sent to our crash reporting provider. No personal data included.

5. Data retention

Game progress data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your data at any time from Settings → Account → Delete all data. Deletion is permanent and processed within 30 days.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data. Email privacy@brainloom.fun and we'll respond within 30 days.

7. Children

Our games are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll notify you in-app. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last updated.
