Careers

Join a studio that
cares a lot.

We hire rarely. When we do, we hire people who care about craft, who play a lot of games, and who get excited about the small details.

How we work

Built for people who do their best work with space to think.

4-day work week

32 hours, full pay. We've done it for a year and our output is better.

Quarterly meetup

Once per quarter we gather in person for a week. Flights and lodging covered.

Remote-first

Async by default. Real-time when needed. No 9–5. Work from anywhere.

Equity for everyone

Meaningful, vested, and explained in plain language.

Above-market pay

We publish bands internally. You'll know exactly what you can earn.

Real tools budget

Whatever helps you do your best work. We'll get you the thing.

Open roles

We're hiring for 3 roles right now.

How we hire

Five steps. No games. (Well, one take-home.)

01

Apply by email

Send us anything you'd want us to see. Resume optional. Work samples encouraged.

02

30-minute intro

A chat with two people on the team. We ask questions. You ask whatever you want.

03

Paid take-home

A real (small) problem, your time, paid at your bill rate. About 4–6 hours.

04

Final round

Half a day with the team. Co-design or co-code something small. Lunch on us.

05

Offer in 48h

No haggling, no exploding offers. Take your time deciding.
